CMA Fest Strategic Communications Memo
As part of my Strategic Communications course, I developed a data-driven communications memo for the Country Music Association (CMA), presenting recommendations to enhance CMA Fest's appeal among Gen Z audiences. Drawing on insights from a brand audit and focus group research, I proposed strategies focused on artist-led social media content, storytelling surrounding the CMA Foundation, and improved accessibility to strengthen audience engagement and reinforce CMA Fest's position as the premier country music festival. This project strengthened my skills in research analysis, strategic communication, persuasive business writing, and translating consumer insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
