Community Service Programs of West Alabama (CSPWAL) Integrated Campaign

As part of my senior Advertising Campaigns capstone, I collaborated with a team of five to develop an integrated marketing campaign for Community Service Programs of West Alabama (CSPWAL), a nonprofit that provides essential services—including housing assistance, early childhood education, and family support—to individuals and families across West Alabama. With government funding becoming increasingly uncertain, our objective was to create a strategic planbook that would increase private donations by improving brand awareness, strengthening community trust, and communicating CSPWAL's long-term impact. Our campaign, "Neighbors Helping Neighbors," combined audience research, strategic messaging, digital marketing, and community partnerships to encourage meaningful donor engagement. The project concluded with a formal agency-style presentation to CSPWAL leadership, where we presented our campaign recommendations and creative strategy.
